As a group the FSC Board has voted to expand the Contract Hockey league minor league rosters from 12 to 15. This move will bring them in line with the other Contract Leagues.

No, the rounds and current picks will remain unchanged. Just the minor roster size expands a little to be in line with all a Contract leagues.
