Sean Manaea (shoulder) is throwing from 45 feet and said Friday that the difference in how he feels now versus last season is "180 degrees."
Advice: Manaea's recovery from surgery to repair a labrum tear in his shoulder has gone as well as could be expected to this point. Still, he's obviously got a long way to go and is expected to miss at least the first few months of the season even in a best-case scenario.
