You cannot simultaneously place a player on waivers after winning an auction if you are at 30 guys. Players must be have a spot on the active roster before being waived. Even if it is for 30 seconds before you waive him. Please waive someone else in order to make room for Straily. You can them waive Straily too and recall the other player if you want but Straily cannot be placed on waivers immedediately to avoid waiving someone in his place.
