Hearts place Shazier on IR list....please advise if his injury doesnt qualify for IR plus the steelers placement on the PUP list hoping he can return mid season.

Seeing as Ryan Shazier has already been ruled out for the entire 2018 season, he is eligible to be placed on I.R. at this time. Only players who have been announced as having a season ending injury are allowed to be placed on I.R. during the offseason.
