I would like clarification on one point. Are the new rookie guidelines for forced call ups, or for everything? I understand the change being applied to let owners keep young drafted players on the Minor League list longer. But I would not like to think that a player who we had not drafted will not be available for Free Agent auction until those limits are reached.
