Now that Free Agency has pretty much wound down, I thought I would share the results of our efforts.
We auctioned off 101 players over a two week period, with 2018 Cap of $616.25 spent, and total contract Cap of $1205 allocated.
There were 15 players acquired for $10+ (6 SP, 5 OF, 1 RP, 2 1B, 1 2B). 2 went in the 40s, 3 in the 30s, 3 in the 20s, and 7 in the 10-19.75 range.
At the other end of the spectrum, 31 players went for the initial bid of $1.
The toughest market was for Starting Pitching, with (beyond those 6 top SP) 10 selling between 4.25 and 9.25.
