It is important to note that this is a survey. It is intended for the board to gauge league sentiment in a variety of issues we are considering. Support or lack there of for any particular proposed rule should be taken as a suggestion and not a binding commitment to implement. Rules are not required to meet any threshold to be implemented as rule changes are at the commissioner and board's discretion, though overwhelming support or not for any rule will weigh heavily on whether it is implemented or not.
Please make sure to have the survey completed by Friday, February 9th, at the latest. I dont want to have to be chasing after managers to get this done. This should take no more than a few minutes to complete so there is no reason why anyone shouldnt have it completed and submitted by next friday.
