Many of you have been wondering when the draft and free agency will begin. I am finally prepared to announce that the draft will officially begin on Sunday February 11th at 12:00 PM EST. Begin preparing and making your lists now so you will be ready by then.
I am also announcing that free agency will officially begin on Sunday March 4th at 12:00 PM EST. Here too I will make another post when it gets closer to that time but for know, mark this date in your calendars.
* Important notice: The deadline to submit your roster re-signings and any potential buyouts will be three days after the completion of the rookie draft. Once the draft is completed, I will repeat this on the Discord group for contract baseball group chat to remind everyone. A rough estimate should be sometime in the second week of February but the specific date will ultimately be dictated by the speed of the draft.
