I propose that all contract renewals, beginning with the 2019 season, are a 100% increase from a player's current salary.

I propose that all players purchased during the MLB season be limited to 1 year contracts. In other words, treat them the same as Minor League call ups.

I would like a change to the 1 year buyout rule.
Currently no player on a 1 year contract can be bought after the end of the season
I would like that to be change to 1 year contract can be bought at any time but after the the trade deadline the cost of the buy out is the whole contact.
Meaning if the cost of the contract is 1/$1 after the trade deadline it will cost $1 to buyout.
Also like to see a hard salary cap or at the very least a cap min and max.

I would like to see this across all leagues but Ill keep it to baseball for now.
I would like to see a schedule where each teams plays everybody in their division twice and than fill out the schedule with games against teams from the other divison
