Sorry for the delay on this but Freese and I were hammering out the details of the Rule Change Survey for quite a while to ensure everyone's voices were heard.
Please find attached the link to the survey. As a requirement of being a GM in this league you must complete this survey as soon as possible. Please read over all the rule changes before voting. If you don't understand something that is being proposed please ask for clarification from Freese or I so we can make sure you understand fully what is being proposed before you vote.
Here are the finer details of the rule changes:
1. There are 9 rules up for vote, some are to alter existing rules, some to add to the rulebook to ensure fair play etc.
2. As in the past it requires 70% of the league to pass a rule change which means 11 GMs must vote in favor of a rule for it to be added or changed.
3. Once everyone has voted I will post the results of the survey on the forum.
