Just putting this out there. Is there any interest in having an NA slot on our Yahoo and FSC rosters to accommodate for players that have been sent down to the minors, but you're still willing to pay them because they've good potential? I recently placed one of these type guys on waivers and lost him within a matter of minutes. I guess my proposal is to have an NA slot or two to stash guys who have been forced call ups. They still count against your MLB salary cap, but they do not count towards the number of players on your active roster. This rewards good cap management as well as good drafting.
Thoughts?

Not sure about NA slot in contract but maybe there is a way to send a guy down 1 or 2 times before he runs out of options and has to be bought out or waived(like in real baseball). As usual the issue would be enforcing such a rule. This is really just a baseball issue so i guess it would be possible to set up a separate post where you could send down and recall a player and then you could track it separately instead of using the regular waiver post. Of course i am just thinking out loud and thus in no way am i insinuating that this will ever happen. But good discussion.
