I'm doing the trade to try and compete this year.  I have Wall and Wiggins on big contracts for two more seasons so I'm on a short time frame to try to compete with those guys.  Sort of in a Boston Celtics situation..."contenders" (hopefully), with a bunch of young prospects and picks.

Mudiay will be waived, this deal is done in order to be able to clear enough cap space and be able to sign sensible contracts in 2017-18 season, Ross will be extended and I am recovering a draft pick, as all mine were traded away by the previous owner.
