These new changes will not affect the current draft unless you have a current rookie on your roster that meets the new rookie threshold.
1.FA/Waivers extended see rule 7.2
2.Consolation round eliminated see rule 4.1.3
3.New Rookie Thresholds for eligible call ups/forced call ups see rule 5.4
4.OFF SEASON 1 year buyouts are still allowed until the the start of the 1st NFL regular season game.In Season 1 year buyouts are still allowed and will not change.
I hope to have the Football rules updated for Contract and standard soon. New rules above have been added except for 1 year offseason buyout freeze that won't start until next off season.
