1. FA and waivers open all year. 2. No 1 year buyouts (Like in baseball). I like to see the deadline for this to be the trade deadline but could live with end of season deadline like in baseball. 3. Consolation Bracket and Consolation games have no affect on draft order. You should never have a competitive game where the loser benefits. 4. Hard cap of 160 (Don't worry I know this want happen) - If we not going to have a hard cap can the rulebook be changed to make it clear. 5. Forced calls up - Go straight on to next years roster at roll over - meaning you don't have to make room for them on the current year roster. 6. 7.0 Free Agency and Waivers - The whole section needs to be updated. Contract basketball has the best one to copy but the trade deadline should read when the yahoo trade deadline is set not the nfl trade deadline.
With FA I mean till the end of the seasons not all year.

Fa and waiver ends at the trade deadline. Kind of retarded if you can keep adding players all season and in the playoffs. Keep it the way it is.
Agree with the cap to just specify.

Don't have a problem with FA and waivers going till the end of the fantasy regular season and stopping trading at the deadline. Agree on the 1 year buyouts not being allowed in the offseason, End of championship game till start opening day next season would be off season.Consolation bracket should be voted on .Hard cap is being looked at.Roll over will be for maximum roster size. If you have 30 players on a roster you cannot roll 31+. If you roll 30 on the roster and bring someone up thats 31 because now you put someone on waivers or IR or buyout after the roll. All these decisions need to be made before the roll. All football rules will be adjusted starting April 1.
