MadHouse sends Texas Rangers 1B Mitch Moreland ($1.5/2) to Stark in exchange for Colorado Rockies OF Gerardo Parra ($1.5/2)
I made this trade to address roster needs. The acquisition of Beltran off waivers made Parra moveable. I think he’ll have a nice year in Coors Field, but I needed a guy who actually plays first base on my roster. The move slides Piscotty to the outfield and keeps Norris at catcher. I love Colabello, but his usage with the Blue Jays is a head scratcher.
