From Margaritaville
"A.Limit 5 trades per team.........Teams may only trade with any team in the league once per season. Must trade with 5 different teams if all 5 trades are used. This would keep a team or teams from trading back and forth or if there are weak teams in the league, one or two teams can't just make one-sided trades with the Little Sisters of the Poor (weak or bad team owners)..........Plus (I do this in my leagues) put a yearly limit on player/draft picks traded for or traded away. I use 16 player/draft picks total for the season. If Team A trades 2 players to Team B for 2 players and a draft pick, then both teams have used 5 player/draft picks for the year. Both would have 4 trades and 11 player/draft picks left to trade. A lot to keep track of if a lot of trades are made. Plus it is a hands on rule that Commish has to watch.......Hard to do with 7 leagues. I only have 3. Inherited a 4th (Points League). Not too many rules there yet."

I don't think we need this extra headache. Home leagues can be done this way but we have to keep things standard and easy to manage here.
