I am posting on behalf of Margaritaville who is having issues posting on this forum.
Reference league: Basketball Dynasty 1
"3.Draft Lottery - Have a Lottery similar to the NBA to keep teams from "tanking". The worst team -20th - would have no worse than the 4th pick in Draft. I'll get into details later when I have more time."

C.Draft Lottery - Only non-PlayOff teams would qualify OR any team who owns any of those picks via trade.........I use the Florida Daily Cash 3........20th Place 24%......19th Place 18%.....18th 12%.....17th 10%.....16th 8%.....15th 7%.....14th 6%.....13th 5%.....12th 4%.....11th 3%.....10th 2%.....9th 1%.....You can use any % but this is what I use.....Numbers.....20th Place 001-240.....19th Place 241-420.....18th 421-540.....17th 541-640.....16th 641-720.....15th 721-790.....14th 791-850.....13th 851-900.....12th 901-940.....11th 941-970.....10th 971-990.....9th 991-000.....This is for picks 1-2-3.....4-12 would go to the next lowest teams in order.

I like this one best so far as it's pretty easy to tank in fantasy sports where there are no crowds to keep happy and thus one doesn't really constrict moves.
