Standard Dynasty Hockey - Draft pick timings

The rulebook does not explicitly state the timings according to the copy found through here fantasysportscoalition.wordpress.com/dynasty-leagues/rulebooks/

This is further confused by the fact I caught that some leagues used different timings. 


Proposal:

As we are revamping rulebooks, look into the following rules.

Timing per draft pick in initial standard (hockey) league drafts (Proposal, 1 minute 30 seconds per pick)

Timing per draft pick in supplemental standard (hockey) league drafts (Proposal, 1 minute 15 seconds)
