DE has stated that in order to maintain the competitiveness members can make posts here. As Hockey VP I feel we have really hit the nail on the head with our hockey leagues in a lot of areas this year but there are a few opportunities for improvement that I will be sharing in a few separate posts today.
Proposal:
Adding 1 NA slot for all standard dynasty FSC hockey leagues. For simplicity, this would allow any player listed in NA (Junior age player sent down, player sent to AHL), I believe players who take a leave from the team, or are suspended would also be NA listed and thus eligible for the slot. I don't really see a huge downside in allowing any player to be NA-slotted. If you make people leave NA listed but suspended players on NA, not only are they not getting to use their player but they can't go make a pickup either which seems silly.
This will apply to the "old" leagues 1-7, and the planned new leagues 8 and 9 next year (subject to review and ability to bring in new managers and persons to be Commissioner who aren't already Comissioner, Hitmen has asked for example)

Works awesome in baseball and most professional sports are going young and therefore many young guys are making the bigs early in their careers.

I say add NA to hockey standard but be advised that there should be strick rules in place to control it. One slot will not be a big deal but decide if you will allow any NA on the bench or just NA slots and be ready to enforce violations. Baseball was a nightmare in the beginning of NA additions.

What happened with this?
Any chance of adding some N/A spots this season?

I propose putting this in place for 2019.
