60 day DL change to DL

Change the 60 day to just plain DL. I see no reason why a player listed as 15 day DL shouldn't be eligible to be listed as well. Allows teams to remain competitive. After all.DL is DL the length shouldn't really matter

I agree. Tired of losing healthy players to other GMs via waiver claims while I look at injured players on my active roster.
