As per discussion on chat can we add the following to the next vote on rule changes.
1.Waivers open year round
2.Waivers open but locked during 3.playoffs for non playoff teams
Leave as is
4.other ideas.

Waivers should be open all year but once the playoffs start then non playoff teams should not be able to claim players.
Why should non playoff teams be able to benefit from teams trying to win a championship. The majority of non playoff teams miss the playoffs because they can't take the time to manage their lineups and don't know how to draft. So why should they be able to impact the playoffs by claiming players during them?

In a dynasty league, managers should be able to improve their team all year round, so my vote is for keeping the waiver wire open year round.
This adds to the strategy and thinking involved in winning a championship, rewards managers for staying active year round, and helps with league parity (it is difficult to give away teams that are in complete ruins, at least this way they have an opportunity to add players with some upside who have been waived by the stronger teams.)
