Marshall is not eligible for FA. He only has 700 minutes.
7.2.3 Free agents are defined as players who do not have a current contract with
any fantasy team and are no longer minor league eligible ie have played a
minimum of 1200 minutes in the NBA..
7.2.4 The only exception to rule 7.2.3 is where a minor league prospect has been selected in the minors draft, been called up to their NBA team and been bought out by their fantasy team prior to reaching 1200 minutes. This player would be eligible for free agency.
