Hearts, you cannot waive player after the deadline. You can only recall players from your own waivers or buy out guys.

my understanding is that only players on your waiver list can be recalled. players placed on waivers after the trade deadline are unavailable to be recalled. i have no problem buying out Jimenez as mention in my email. i will double check the rule and post my official buyout in about five hours. I'm at the heart doc for a stress test which should take a few hours to get through the various tests. planned appointment. Thank you again for reaching out via email.
