Due to the complexities of rolling over the sheet this year, I regret to inform you all that the FA start date is being pushed back a week to Sunday March 14th at 12:00 PM EST. The sheet this year is going to take more time to process as a result of the freeze/roll and the additional manual effort it requires. While the sheet may be completed prior to the 7th, I feel it is best to push the start date back a week so that everyone has time to digest their sheet and rosters and has ample time to prepare for FA. With a regular season start date of April 1st, this leaves approximately 17 days to prepare for the season, which I feel is sufficient time.
I am sorry to have to delay it a week. I feel this is best and will ensure a smooth transition to the FA period. Despite FA only beginning on the 14th, rosters on yahoo will be uploaded by the end of this week at the latest which should hopefully help everyone prepare.
