So after speaking with a manager, I have decided to allow 1 year buyouts for this offseason only. It was brought to my attention that since transactions were frozen during the season, managers did not have the chance to buy out 1 year guys and are currently not allowed to do so under current rules. I hadn't considered this and this seems unfair, so I have decided to temporarily allow 1 year buyouts for this offseason only. Next offseason, buyouts will revert back to old rules
